One of our practices in the NYC metro area finished 2011 up by 33%.  Here’s how they did it.

HALOW CONSULTING provides practice owners the support they need to thoroughly manage all aspects of their hospital. If you feel as though your management is spread too thin, you’re short staffed, or maybe your team needs some coaching and support, we can help.We bring you systems for smart inventory control, client compliance, financial review and human resource management that are proven and that work. Our current clients have seen great revenue growth, improved interaction between team members, and enjoy higher levels of profitability. We know practice owners understand where their practice’s untapped potential lies. Our veterinary practice advisors will work with your existing team and get you tapped into that potential. You have high expectations for your business, your workplace and the care of your patients and clients. We’ll help you live up to them.

All service begins with a free evaluation of your practice and the challenges you are facing. Afterwards our team of advisors will sit down with you and your management team and talk about ways that we can help. In some cases, practices are so primed for change that in a few short months they are ready to take the lessons they have learned from our group and run with them on their own. In other cases, practice owners and managers have enjoyed our advocacy and support so much that they have chosen to keep us on retainer. Every practice is different with different challenges, goals and expectations. We will work with you to develop a plan of action that will ensure your success. There is no upfront, long-term commitment to our services. You decide what you need and how long you need us to help.

Don’t put off being the practice you know you can be any longer. Take action to improve your business and your team now. You’ll have more fun at work, perform your job better and enjoy heightened financial success.

We look forward to hearing from you soon!
